Do we wholesale our products?
There is a button on the bottom of our site where businesses can buy our items wholesale. We currently only offer pottery and there is a TWO WEEK turn around from when you purchase the items. There is a 10 items minimum. We are happy to wholesale ANY pottery you see on our site but if you don’t find it in our wholesale area just email us. We are so happy to bring you good quality pottery.
Do we do Custom Orders?
Yes we do! But we will charge a custom making fee as we put a lot of time and effort in finding the right fabric for you. But keep in mind that fabric goes through seasons and sometimes retire. You may send us 1 yard of your favorite flannel fabric and we can turn it into a special blanket for you. You can contact us using the Contact Us Button at the bottom of our website for any custom request and will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you!
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. In the coming months if we do really well then we will look into shipping internationally. But all of our digital items are sent through email and can be sent anywhere. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Is there a pick up option for my order?
Yes for those of you who live near the Spring, TX area you have the option is pick up your order. Just use code SPRING at check out. But if you live locally and would like us to drop off your order instead you will still have to pay for shipping but we will deliver it to you instead.
How Long Until I get my Order?
We are a two women operation so we will try and get your order out as soon as possible. Packaging your order is so special to us and we want to make sure that your gift is in perfect condition. Your order will definitely be packaged and shipped within 1-4 business days. If you are getting a custom order it will take longer as we have to find the materials and make your blanket. So for a custom order please expect a 1-2 week making period. Thank you for your understanding.
What is your Return Policy?
We have a very strict no returns policy, but if your item arrives broken or damaged in any way just contact us below and we will work with you to get a replacement or your money back. Due to COVID-19 many of the packages are arriving late and that is something we have no control over. You will receive a notification when your package is shipped and if it does not come in for 2 weeks then just contact us and we will do the best we can to help.
How do I use the discount codes?
Automatic discounts or discount codes are applied at checkout. Discount codes cannot be combined together or used with other offers or sales. Discounts are not redeemable for cash or cash equivalents. The discount codes have to be applied by you at the checkout to work. The automatic discount will apply itself to your purchase.
Are all of your blankets the same size?
We hand make every single blanket you see on the site. We cut and measure everything the same but as these are handmade there are bound to be some discrepancies. Not every blanket is the same even if the patterns are. That is the beauty of shopping small. They are all approximately a size but can variety between 0.5” - 1” difference.
Are your blankets washer and dryer safe?
Yes! We understand that life with babies can be very messy. It is important that every item you own is washer and dryer safe for a fast clean up process. We are happy to make sure that our products do not make cleaning up any harder than it has to be.
Why is all the pottery not all the same price and exactually the same?
Each piece of pottery is handmade by the owners of Winding Oak Gift Co. There is no way that every piece can be exactally the same and we prefer it this way. We want you to have a unique piece and for it be the only one of it’s kind. We can make more than one piece but not everyone will be the same. This leads into why we charge pieces differently. Even though the pottery could be the same size we use a ton of different techniques to craft each piece. Our time and resources have to be reflected in the price. Thank you for your understanding.
